Exceptions are made only in the rare case of a factory defect identified and verified through our approved service centres.
Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for refunds.
2. Pre-Orders
For products purchased on pre-order:
If you request a cancellation before TechFlow has ordered the shipment from the supplier, we may approve a refund.
If the product has already been ordered or is en route, refunds will not be possible.
All preorder refunds are subject to TechFlow’s final discretion.
