Welcome to order.techflowcore.com, the official ordering platform of TechFlow Core Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. General
TechFlow Core Pvt Ltd (“TechFlow,” “we,” “our,” “us”) operates this platform to serve both resellers and customers.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions, whether you check out as a guest, a registered user, or a reseller.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed directly via the Platform.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:
Stock is unavailable.
Payment cannot be verified.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Pricing
Guest Users: pay standard retail prices.
Registered Users: enjoy small discounts.
Resellers: access wholesale rates based on approval and minimum order quantities.
Prices are displayed in USD (default) and MVR, based on exchange rates set by TechFlow.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Payment
Payment methods will be listed during checkout and may include bank transfer, card payments, or approved credit terms (for resellers only).
Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are processed securely. TechFlow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors.
TechFlow is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are delivered to the specified address or collected by the buyer.
6. Warranty & Returns
All products are covered by an official warranty.
Warranty claims are processed through TechFlow’s approved service centres in the Maldives.
Products may be repaired or replaced based on the nature of the fault.
Returns are only accepted if products are defective on arrival or covered under warranty. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
7. Reseller Obligations
Approved resellers agree to:
Adhere to minimum order quantities where applicable.
Respect TechFlow’s pricing guidelines to protect brand value.
Avoid selling through unauthorized channels.
TechFlow reserves the right to withdraw reseller privileges if these obligations are not met.
8. Intellectual Property
All product images, descriptions, and trademarks on this site remain the property of TechFlow or its partners. They may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TechFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from purchases or product use.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, shipping delays, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maldivian courts.
