At TechFlow, we are committed to delivering only genuine, factory-sealed, and premium-quality products. To maintain the integrity of our supply chain and ensure fairness for all customers, returns are strictly regulated.
1. General Policy
Once a product has been purchased and used, it cannot be resold as new.
Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the product is found to have a verified factory defect.
Factory defects are extremely rare, but if identified, such cases will be handled under our warranty support.
2. Warranty & Service
All products are covered by our official warranty.
If a factory defect is confirmed, TechFlow will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
For products that are damaged due to user error (such as drops, water damage, or misuse), we provide break-and-fix services through our approved service centres in the Maldives.
In these cases, repair costs will be charged to the customer.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear.
Products damaged due to improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
